Raise a complaint

Email us with the subject “Complaint – [your booking reference]”. Include your name, contact details, booking or invoice reference, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. For payment issues, include the payment ID, amount and date. Attach relevant receipts or messages, but do not send payment PINs, OTPs or complete card credentials.

Acknowledgement and resolution

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours of receipt and work to redress them within one month of receipt. We will record the issue, provide a reference or a copy of the recorded complaint, and explain the outcome. If more information is needed, we will tell you what is required and keep you informed; this does not limit applicable legal timelines.

You retain the right to seek help from your payment provider, the National Consumer Helpline, or the competent consumer authority or court.
