• Enquiries: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if provided, destination, travel date, traveller count and message.
• Bookings: traveller names, itinerary, selected services, quotation and invoice details, and identification or travel-document information where needed for a requested service.
• Payments: the booking reference, payer contact details, amount, transaction identifiers, payment status and receipts.
• Support: communications, requests and complaint records.
• Website operation: technical information such as IP address, browser information and security or server logs generated by the website and hosting systems.

Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not submit passport scans or medical records in the general enquiry form; contact us for the appropriate process if these are required for your booking.

How information is used

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange requested bookings, communicate travel updates, reconcile payments, issue receipts, handle refunds and complaints, maintain required business records, and protect the website from misuse. If we seek permission for optional promotional messages, you may decline or withdraw it without affecting an existing booking.

Who receives information

Relevant information may be shared with the airlines, hotels, transport providers, travel partners, insurers or visa-service providers needed for the services you request. Our hosting, communication and payment providers process information needed to support those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or a valid legal request.

For international travel, the selected supplier or destination authority may be outside India. We share only information reasonably needed for the requested service and applicable requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Payments through Razorpay

When you choose Razorpay at checkout, payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and the participating payment providers. Our booking records include transaction references and payment status; our payment form does not ask you to send us a card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Never share an OTP or payment PIN with our team.

Cookies and third-party content

The website and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies for sessions, security and required functionality.
