Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for planning, booking and enjoying your journey with Murphy Tours.
Who we are
Murphy Tours is operated by Murphy Tour. These terms apply to enquiries, quotations, bookings and payments made through our website or directly with our team. Our business address is SHOP NO. 7,8, BLOCK 17 SHOE MARKET, near Torrent office, Sanjay Palace, Sanjay Place, Civil Lines, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282003. Contact us at info@murphytour.com or +91 9219020685.
Our travel services
We arrange customised holidays, tour packages, flight bookings, accommodation, transfers and travel-related assistance, as specified in your quotation. Airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers may deliver individual services. The supplier, inclusions, exclusions, travel dates and applicable conditions will be identified in your booking documents.
Visa and passport assistance is administrative support; approval and processing decisions remain with the relevant authorities. No visa, entry permission or processing date is guaranteed.
Quotations, prices and availability
Website package prices are indicative starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Your written quotation specifies the currency, total price, taxes, fees, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and validity. Payments on our custom payment page are collected in Indian Rupees (INR).
Availability and fares can change before confirmation. We will explain a change and obtain your agreement before proceeding with a revised booking. Please do not pay against an expired or unclear quotation.
Booking and confirmation
Please check traveller names, dates, destinations and contact details before approving your quotation. A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation after checking payment and supplier availability. A payment acknowledgement by itself does not confirm flights, rooms, visas or an itinerary.
A person making a booking for others must be authorised to provide their information and accept the booking terms on their behalf. The contracting customer must be at least 18 years old; a parent or guardian must arrange travel for minors.
Deposits, balances and custom payments
Deposit amounts, balance due dates and any restrictions on a deposit will be disclosed in the quotation before payment. Use the Pay Online page only for an amount agreed with our team and include the correct booking or invoice reference. An arbitrary payment does not create a confirmed booking.
Any consequence of a missed payment deadline, including a supplier releasing an unpaid reservation, will follow the disclosed booking terms. Payment methods available to you are those displayed in the payment checkout.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy before paying. Cancellation charges and change fees depend on the selected services and the conditions disclosed before booking. We will not introduce an undisclosed cancellation percentage after you pay. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
If a material itinerary change or cancellation originates from us or a supplier, we will communicate the available alternatives and refund entitlement. You are not required to accept a replacement package or credit in place of a refund where applicable law provides a refund.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate traveller details and for checking passport validity, visa and transit requirements, health requirements, insurance and supplier check-in rules relevant to your journey. Tell us about accessibility or special requirements before booking so availability can be confirmed. Travel insurance is included only where your quotation expressly says so.
Delays and matters outside our control
Weather, transport disruption, government restrictions and other events outside our reasonable control may affect travel. We will provide available information and assistance and explain any proposed changes. Any charges or refund entitlement will be assessed against the disclosed booking terms and applicable law; such events do not automatically remove your rights.
Website use and responsibility
Please use the website lawfully and do not submit false details, interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s payment method. We aim to keep information accurate and will correct material errors when identified. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law, complaints and updates
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. You retain the right to approach the competent consumer authority or court. For questions or complaints, use our Customer Support & Grievance Redressal.
Changes to these website terms will carry an updated date. A later website update will not retrospectively change an already confirmed booking without a lawful basis or your agreement.
